Ruminant Animals
People that have severe food sensitivities may benefit from eating meat from these animals. Some will eat this meat only for periods of time and experience radical improvements in challenging conditions such as autoimmune conditions (RESET Food Plan uses short meat fasts but it includes all forms of meat, poultry, fish, eggs, etc.).
The concept of consuming ruminant animals in particular has to do with the number of stomach chambers that provide greater digestive power resulting in cleaner and less toxic nutrients for the rest of the tissues. This benefit is passed on to us when we consume these animals, at least that’s the theory.
Although, we don’t suggest an all meat diet unless you under our care and it fits a specific treatment strategy, it is still an interesting concept.
